Emily and Brandon shared their wedding pics with me, and while I’m basking in their gorgeousness, I thought I’d share their story.
About two months before their wedding, Brandon was in a horrific motorcycle accident. He sustained incredible injuries and for some time, they weren’t sure if he would make it. Not only did he make it, but he WALKED DOWN THE AISLE and surprised Emily. It was such a powerful and emotional moment for everyone and I know I’ll never forget it. He was such a trooper all day, and though he had a wheelchair with him on the dance floor, it didn’t stop him from cuttin’ a rug!
They had such lovely details to add to their day: the guests’ tables were named after their family pets and they had cookie bar for their desserts as an ode to the bride’s family being from Pittsburg. I didn’t know that’s where it originated! Thank you, Emily and Brandon, for asking me to be a part of your day.
