  • I will pretty much plan any gathering of people. Whether it’s a day-long retreat for your staff, a first birthday party, a parade, a fundraiser, or a bridal shower, I’m in! Check out Other Gatherings for more information.

  • We schedule a meeting to talk more. I prefer in-person or a video chat, but phone will do. I want to know what you already have planned, and how I might fit into the picture. I’ll explain my services and pricing, and we will go from there! Bring your questions.

  • Typically, a 25% deposit is due upon signing the contract. The next payment is 60 days out, and the final payment is due 30 days out. If the event is within 30 days of reaching out, or significantly more than a year away, the payment plan may be adjusted.

  • I ask that you send me your Pinterest board or inspiration photos, contracts that have already been signed, and photos of you and/or wedding website. Then I’ll send you a link to my Client Portal!

    Depending on the package purchased, either schedule a planning call or indicate when planning will begin.

  • If you book the partial package, I’ll start coordianting with your vendors 3 months prior to your day. It involves more meetings and coodinations with the three of us and your vendors. The month-of package is just that: I start one month out to set your timeline and make sure the details of the day run smoothly.
