Wedding management — $1,300

You should be able to simply celebrate on your wedding day, so let me help!

Management begins 6 weeks ahead your wedding date and includes the following services:

  • 2 hours of rehearsal and 8 hours of day-of assistance

  • Unlimited consultation via email/text at time of hire

  • Set-up of decor not handled by a specific vendor (note that clean-up services may be accommodated at an additional hourly rate of $75/hr)

  • Coordination of vendors and timeline creation

  • Attendance at final walkthrough of venue

This package accounts for venues within 75 miles of Hamilton, NY. If more than that, accommodations and mileage are requested.

Other event planning— starting at $400

Weddings aren’t the only gatherings that we plan! Also excited to plan your baby/bridal shower, book launch, expo, award dinner, staff appreciation, reunion, etc.

Services include:

  • Assisting on-site for the duration of the event

  • Vendor sourcing and coordinating

  • Timeline creation

  • Contract review

  • Gift curation and assembly

Pricing dictated by guest list, venue, and services requested.

timeline creation— $300

I’ll create an incredibly detailed timeline for you complete with vendor (and wedding party contact info if relevant), venue addresses, text reminders, and a “don’t forget” list. Share all the details with me, and you will then get a copy to share with each vendor with their relevant information. Please note*This service does NOT include any vendor communication or management.

You will receive a timeline within five business days of purchase.

Wedding Coaching session— $150

A wedding coaching session is perfect for the DIY couple who has their vision figured out and to-do list nailed, but wants to make sure all the i’s are dotted and the t’s are crossed before your big day. Or, if you’re in need of a jumpstart on your planning but don’t want to spend money on wedding management. In 90 minutes, you’ll walk away with a planning guide complete with planning checklist, sample timelines, and budget recommendations. This session can be done in-person or via video chat.

A LA Carte— $75/hr

Sometimes the budget isn’t there for an event manager or planner and I completely understand. With this a la carte package, you can pick and choose what to have me do for your event such as:

Décor set-up and tear-down
Sourcing for a particular type of vendor
Create a mood/vision board
Gift curation

errands & Home Organization
Projects— $30/hr

Example services include:
Grocery/catering pickup
Décor pickup and delivery
Picking up or returning tuxes
Delivering guest welcome bags to hotel
Transport gifts from reception
Rehearsal dinner food delivery
Drop-off/pickup to/from the airport
Recipe/photo organization
Creating systems for tracking your bills or expenses
Organizing closets/pantries

Errands outside of 45 miles from Hamilton are $35/hr.
