Management begins 8 weeks ahead of your wedding date + includes:

  • 2 hours of rehearsal + 10 hours of day-of assistance
  • Access to HTE vendor partners, platforms, + discounts
  • Unlimited consultation via email/text at time of hire
  • Set-up of decor not handled by a specific vendor
  • Coordination of vendors and timeline creation
  • Attendance at final walkthrough of venue

**Clean-up services may be accommodated for $60/hr

In 90 minutes, you’ll walk away with a planning guide complete with planning checklist, sample timelines, + budget recommendations.

Services can only be performed on paper at this point in time. A classic heirloom, handwriting can be for: 
  • Address envelopes
  • Welcome signs

  • Escort cards or name plates
  • Even write out your favorite recipe (great gift!)

A personal touch for every event.

Day-of coordination is a misnomer + not helpful to anyone.

Jumping in the day of a wedding would just put me in the way. I get involved 8 weeks prior to the date to coordinate all of your vendors.

At minimum, this includes: confirming services + details,  assembling a comprehensive day-of timelines, setup personal items, grab you a drink, bustle your gown + more!

Note: Timelines make sure we fit everything in that you want to do, but I'm not tied to it. Things come up, priorities shift, weather happens. I will manage adjustments on the fly alongside your other vendors.

I also run errands for your event.

Often times one of the challenging parts of throwing a party is gathering all of the pieces to be in one place, especially if you’re having it at your house! I will pick up the desserts, return catering items, + get those rented tuxes back. 

Whatever needs to be done to get the job done, count me in.

I have all of the resources to help you with your floorplan, including layout + rentals needs.

One example of a tool I love is Merri. The platform does a 3D fly-through so you can see exactly what your event will look like! (Super helpful if you a visual learner like me!)

Keep in mind, any rental company is going to just drop the tables + chairs so we will need a team at your place to set them up.

Once we talk through your day, we can decide that for certain. But usually, you plan for 30 minutes-1 hour for the ceremony, 1 hour cocktail hour, 4 hours for the reception.

So on average, six hours

  • What is the guest capacity?
  • Where is parking in relation to the venue? Is there an additional fee?
  • Do you provide any items along with the venue (tables, chairs, linens, decor, etc.)? Who is responsible for setting and cleaning it up?
  • Is there a space to get ready in?
  • Does the rental include time for a rehearsal and setup? Or is that an additional cost?
  • Do you include chairs for the ceremony?
  • What is the rain plan for an outside event?
  • Are there any discounts for military? What about off-season or mid-week rentals?
  • Do you allow real candles?
  • When do I have to have everything clean up and out of the space? Am I responsible for garbage removal?
  • Will there be a venue staff person on-site for the event?
