In 90 minutes, you’ll walk away with a planning guide complete with planning checklist, sample timelines, + budget recommendations.
This session can be done in-person or via video chat.
Day-of coordination is a misnomer + not helpful to anyone.
Jumping in the day of a wedding would just put me in the way. I get involved 8 weeks prior to the date to coordinate all of your vendors.
At minimum, this includes: confirming services + details, assembling a comprehensive day-of timelines, setup personal items, grab you a drink, bustle your gown + more!
Note: Timelines make sure we fit everything in that you want to do, but I'm not tied to it. Things come up, priorities shift, weather happens. I will manage adjustments on the fly alongside your other vendors.

I also run errands for your event.
Often times one of the challenging parts of throwing a party is gathering all of the pieces to be in one place, especially if you’re having it at your house! I will pick up the desserts, return catering items, + get those rented tuxes back.
Whatever needs to be done to get the job done, count me in.
I have all of the resources to help you with your floorplan, including layout + rentals needs.
One example of a tool I love is Merri. The platform does a 3D fly-through so you can see exactly what your event will look like! (Super helpful if you a visual learner like me!)
Keep in mind, any rental company is going to just drop the tables + chairs so we will need a team at your place to set them up.
Once we talk through your day, we can decide that for certain. But usually, you plan for 30 minutes-1 hour for the ceremony, 1 hour cocktail hour, 4 hours for the reception.
So on average, six hours!
